The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a seamless stay, including a two-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. The dining areas features flexible seating with an expandable table indoors, and a large outdoor dining table.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, air conditioning, wardrobes, a work desk, and a private en-suite bathroom. All beds are fitted with high-quality IKEA mattresses and premium linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The second bedroom offers a double bunk bed with queen-size beds on both levels. The bottom bed easily converts into a sofa, creating a cozy. TV area with a 43-inch smart TV. This room also includes a work desk and a walk-in closet.

The living area has a large smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and two armchairs, providing a welcoming space to relax. There’s also a huge bathroom with a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Step outside to your private terrace, where you’ll find a luxurious lounge area with a large U-shaped sofa and a dining table seating eight, perfect for enjoying the sunset.

Just a few steps down from the terrace, you’ll find the 6×3 meter swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds, an umbrella, and breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean. Overlooking the pool is a bar table with stools, completing the perfect outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment.

A water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water,  refill is picked up at the office for free.

As with all our apartments, A1 comes with high-speed internet, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

Note: Malee Highlands is not a hotel and don't rent out per night. Cleaning and laundry is done one time per week. It is also a NON Cannabis Area, it's strictly forbidden to smoke Cannabis or similar at the Area. Smoking inside our units is strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.
