The apartment features two cozy sleeping areas: one with a comfy queen-size bed and another with two single beds in a bunk bed style. All beds come with quality linens, and the mattresses are from IKEA, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Note: Minimum age to stay in this studio is 8 years.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a two-burner cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, along with all the pots, utensils, dishes, and small appliances you need to prepare your meals.

A water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water, refill is picked up at the office for free.

The bright living area is filled with natural light from a large window, offering sea views from almost every corner. It also features a rotatable TV, high-speed internet, and air conditioning.

The apartment includes a modern bathroom with all essentials. All compact studios have access to shared laundry facilities in the adjacent building.

Step out onto the wonderful balcony, where comfortable seating and an outdoor bed provide the perfect place to relax and soak in the stunning sunsets.

With its industrial charm, thoughtful design, and unbeatable views, A10 offers the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Guests also have access to a shared laundry room outside the building.

Note: Malee Highlands is not a hotel and don't rent out per night. Cleaning and laundry is done one time per week. It is also a NON Cannabis Area, it's strictly forbidden to smoke Cannabis or similar at the Area. Smoking inside our units is strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.
