A large window along the back wall allows the morning sun to brighten the room, while offering beautiful and relaxing views of the trees, mountains, and jungle behind the property. The main area is multifunctional, with comfy bench seating and two chairs that provide dining space for four. The space is also perfect for work, thanks to the many outlets and USB chargers available. The TV rotates out from the wall, transforming the area into a cozy living room, ideal for watching a movie or relaxing after a day of exploration. High-speed internet, and air conditioning add to your comfort.

Note: Minimum age to stay in this studio is 8 years.

Smart storage solutions are incorporated throughout the space, with storage boxes under the bench and a loft offering the perfect spot to store your luggage or other items you want out of the way.

The studio has a queen-size (150 cm) bunk bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator and all the pots, utensils, dishes, and small appliances you need to prepare your meals.

A water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water, refill is picked up at the office for free.

The apartment includes a modern bathroom with all essentials, and guests have access to shared laundry facilities in the adjacent building.

With its efficient use of space, industrial charm, and peaceful forest views, A12 offers a cozy and memorable stay for those seeking a compact yet complete getaway.

Guests also have access to a shared laundry room outside the building.

Note: Malee Highlands is not a hotel and don't rent out per night. Cleaning and laundry is done one time per week. It is also a NON Cannabis Area, it's strictly forbidden to smoke Cannabis or similar at the Area. Smoking inside our units is strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.
