The open-plan living area offers comfort and functionality, featuring a 65-inch smart TV, a large sofa, and a panoramic window with stunning ocean views. The sliding glass doors fully open, allowing for excellent ventilation and a true indoor-outdoor living experience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a seamless stay, including a two-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. For added convenience, a washer/dryer is also included. The dining area offers flexible seating with an expandable table indoors and a spacious outdoor dining table on the terrace.

A water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water, refill is picked up at the office for free.

C4 has two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and is wheelchair-friendly, with wide doorways, grab handles, and an en-suite bathroom designed for accessibility. For added convenience, C4 is accessible by elevator, making it suitable for guests with mobility needs. The second bedroom has a unique queen-size bunk bed suspended from ceiling beams, plus a TV, work desk with a 24 inch screen, and ample storage. All beds are fitted with high-quality IKEA mattresses and premium linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The expansive sea-view terrace is the highlight of the apartment, featuring an infinity pool with uninterrupted ocean views. A luxurious daybed is positioned above the pool with a ceiling fan, providing the perfect spot to relax. The outdoor space also includes a large dining table, a lounge sofa, and sunbeds for those who want to soak up the sun.

As with all our apartments, C4 comes with high-speed internet, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.
