The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a two-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washer/dryer is also conveniently included. The dining area comfortably seats four, and large windows provide stunning sea views while you enjoy your meals.

A water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water, refill is picked up at the office for free.

Also on the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, storage space underneath, and access from two doors for added convenience. All beds are fitted with high-quality IKEA mattresses and premium linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A bathroom is also located on this level.

Upstairs, a massive window floods the space with natural light and frames the spectacular sea view. On the top floor, you’ll find the second bedroom with a bunk bed, another bathroom, and a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa and a 43-inch TV. The huge window in the living area offers panoramic views of the Andaman Sea.

Step outside onto the private balcony, where outdoor furniture provides the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning surroundings.

As with all our apartments, these townhouses come with high-speed internet, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.
