Welcome to F1 a spacious 130 sqm apartments designed for up to six guests, offering stunning sea views and plenty of space for a large family. With two private terraces, high ceilings, and an open-plan layout, this apartment provide the perfect blend of comfort and style.

A water dispenser with hot & cold drinking water, refill is picked up at the office for free.
The living area opens directly onto the lower terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. Relax on the huge sofa while watching the 43-inch smart TV or take in the sea breeze from the terrace.
First master bedroom features a king-size beds, one with an entire wall of windows showcasing breathtaking views over the Andaman Sea, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom and a 43-inch smart TV.
Second master bedroom also has a king-size bed, a 43-inch smart TV, a cozy daybed by the window, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and access to a nearby bathroom.
The third bedroom is a loft-style twin room with a work desk and great views. All beds are fitted with high-quality IKEA mattresses and premium linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Step outside to enjoy two private terraces. The lower terrace features an outdoor dining area for six and sunbeds, outdoor shower and wall-fans while the upper sea-view terrace boasts a huge lounge sofa facing the ocean, a coffee table, refrigerator and a wall fan—an ideal spot to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings.
As with all our apartments F1 comes with high-speed internet, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.
