Welcome to Apartment I3 – a 57 sqm split-level home that blends industrial design with modern comfort, perfect for a medium-sized family or group. With high ceilings, large windows, and a cozy loft, this thoughtfully designed space offers a bright, airy atmosphere and stunning views of the surrounding jungle.

The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a 42-inch smart TV, and large windows that frame the surrounding lush greenery. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a two-burner cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, oven, toaster, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining table comfortably seats five.
A water dispenser provides both hot and cold drinking water, with free refills available for pickup at the office.
The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and wardrobes on either side for ample storage. The loft serves as a second sleeping area, complete with two queen-size beds and a large window showcasing beautiful views. All beds feature IKEA mattresses and high-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The apartment includes one spacious bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience. A generous storage closet provides ample space for your belongings.
Step out onto the private terrace overlooking the jungle, where a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted fan create an inviting space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Like all our apartments, I3 is equipped with high-speed internet for a seamless and comfortable stay. Guests also have access to a shared laundry room within the building.

Note: Malee Highlands is not a hotel and don't rent out per night. Cleaning and laundry is done one time per week. It is also a NON Cannabis Area, it's strictly forbidden to smoke Cannabis or similar at the Area. Smoking inside our units is strictly forbidden. Pets are not allowed.
