CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
At malee highlands
We’ve planned ongoing construction periods, with daily work typically from 8 am to 5 pm.
PERIOD 1
April 1 To November 30, 2026
Construction will take place on adjoining land near Malee Highlands.
Impacted buildings:
• E & F – Construction will take place in front of these houses
• G – A new pool area will be built here
(September – November)
• H & I – Limited traffic may occur
No construction directly in front of these houses
• A, B, C & D – Not affected
HIGH-SEASON
December 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
During this period, only non-disruptive indoor work will be performed.
No noisy construction work will take place,
and the area will not be disturbed.
PERIOD 2
April 1 – November 30, 2027
Construction continues on adjoining land.
Impacted buildings:
• E & F – Construction will take place in front of these houses
• G – A new pool area and two bungalows will be built here
• H – A new pool area and two bungalows will be built here
• I – Limited traffic may occur
No construction directly in front of this house
• A, B, C & D – Not Affected
