The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a two-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and a full set of cookware and utensils. A washer/dryer is also included for added convenience. The dining area features two expandable tables, offering plenty of space to enjoy meals indoors or alfresco on the lower terrace.

A water dispenser with hot and cold drinking water is provided, with free refills available at the office.

The bright and airy living room opens directly onto the lower terrace, creating a smooth indoor-outdoor flow. Kick back on the oversized sofa and enjoy the 43-inch smart TV, or simply soak in the fresh sea breeze.

The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, complete with a king-size bed, air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a full wall of windows offering breathtaking views over the Andaman Sea.

The second bedroom features another king-size bed, a 43-inch TV, a cozy daybed by the window, air conditioning, a wall-mounted fan, and convenient access to a nearby bathroom.

Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a loft-style with two single beds, with a dedicated work desk and expansive views—ideal for kids, guests, or remote work.

All beds are fitted with high-quality IKEA mattresses and premium linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Step outside and take full advantage of two private terraces. The lower terrace includes an outdoor dining area for six and sun loungers, while the upper sea-view terrace features a generous lounge sofa, coffee table, and a wall-mounted fan—perfect for relaxing with a drink and soaking in the panoramic ocean views.

It has a workstation with a desk, officechair and a 24 inch screen.
